Our underwear looks and feels like regular underwear but protects you from leaks related to urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery, or periods — so you can live life confidently.


2. How does Rose & Undies underwear work?
Our underwear features a 3-layer absorbent liner that:

  • Absorbs liquid quickly

  • Traps moisture securely

  • Wicks away dampness to keep you dry and comfortable
    They can hold up to 4 teaspoons of liquid and remain soft, breathable, and discreet under clothing.

5. Are Rose & Undies washable and reusable?
Yes! All our underwear is washable and reusable, helping you reduce waste and save money. They are designed to last up to 100 washes without losing absorbency when properly cared for.


6. How do I wash my leakproof underwear?
Machine wash cold, preferably in a laundry bag, and air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach to preserve absorbency.


7. What if my order doesn’t fit or I’m not happy with it?
We want you to love your Rose & Undies!
You can return any unworn, unwashed underwear in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you need a different size or color, email us at info@roseandundies.com and we’ll guide you through our self-service return and exchange process.


9. How long does shipping take?
We offer standard and express shipping globally.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination.

11. What if my order is missing, damaged, or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@roseandundies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (plus photos if possible). We’ll help resolve the issue promptly.


12. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can accept order cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.
